Recall Pro is available two ways on iPhone — directly inside the app as an Apple In-App Purchase, or here on the website via web checkout. The way you cancel or change your plan depends on which one you used.
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple in your iPhone's Settings — not inside Recall. To cancel or change your plan:
Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Open Apple SubscriptionsSubscriptions purchased through the Recall website can be cancelled anytime from your account — no need to contact support, and you keep access until the period ends.
Go to your accountYou can permanently delete your account and all associated data anytime from Profile → Delete Account in the app. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account.
