By creating an account or using Recall, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Publish unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the service or other users’ data.
  • Use automated systems to access the service in a way that sends more requests than a human reasonably could.

User-generated content

You retain ownership of the decks and cards you create. By publishing a deck publicly, you grant other users a license to copy and study it within Recall. We may remove content that we believe violates these terms or applicable law.

AI-generated content

Flashcards generated by our AI tools are provided for your reference and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.
